Final Assembly: Installing the shocks
Up front it's a 100% bolt-on installation, I've had no issue. The only remark I would do about this part though is to make sure not to loose the sleeves that protect the aluminum from the shock bolts. These go on the inside of the mounting holes and they aren't obvious if you don't pay attention. I never noticed them and when I moved the bike, they fell on the ground. I found them later and wondered where they came from and soon found out. Also note that the bottom bolts are longer, make sure you don't use the longer ones up top :)

In the rear there is of course the TTI arms that need to be changed (or modified). Other than that, it's pretty much a bolt-on installation. I've cut a bracket on the exhaust side of the frame just to make sure, but I could probably have left it there and I don't think it would have been an issue. On the 2008 model, this bracket isn't there at all.
The reservoirs for the rear shocks are totally bolt-on so there is no issue installing them. Just remove the 10mm bolt shown on the picture bellow (the top of this bolt is a torx screw that holds the front tie down loop). I had the stock X brackets so it went smoothly.
